You are always welcome to attend our meetings. It is a great way of networking with potential employers and future colleagues, as well as a great opportunity to learn and experience some of the issues shaping our industry today. Best of all they are FREE to all students!

You may also take advantage of ASCE's Student Career Center - a clearinghouse of resources, internship and employment opportunities, resume review services, and a directory of civil engineering programs offered at colleges and universities around the country.

Scholarships

We are offering one (1) $2,000.00 scholarship for the academic year beginning Fall 2010 semester. The intent is to award a scholarship to a graduating high school senior or to a college undergraduate civil engineering student. Other scholarships may be awarded depending on the availability of funds.

To highlight the main criteria for the scholarship, the student must be a resident of Broward County, Florida, and must be enrolled in (or accepted to) an ABET accredited four (4) or five (5) year undergraduate civil engineering curriculum. For detailed eligibility requirements please download the Scholarship Application Package. Completed Application Packages must be submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 30th, 2010.
